Hands-on workshop - Estimating Digital Carbon Emissions brought to you by the Green Web Foundation

Need to know how digital carbon emissions are measured, what approaches are available and what you should keep in mind?

Our online, two hour session delivered by Green Web experts Chris Adams, Fershad Irani and Katrin Fritsch is designed for anyone interested in quantifying the environmental impact of the digital services they are operating or using.

After this workshop you’ll come away:

  1. Knowing why digital services create carbon emissions and how to estimate them.
  2. Understanding the value and shortcomings of a variety of carbon estimation models.
  3. Confident in how to estimate the carbon emissions of a website.
  4. Aware of what tools are available to help you measure a variety of digital service types.
  5. With access to our slides and follow-on learning materials.

Additionally our sessions provide ample time for drilling into your specific questions and the opportunity to meet others on the same journey as you.
